Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery is available within Singapore only. Mattress and Frames will be delivered separately by different teams but will be on the same day. Buyer is to bear additional charges incurred in dismantling, return of furniture or due to difficult access to buyers premises. Disposal services is based on 1 for 1 (buy 1 dispose 1 frame) with the buyer responsible for the dismantling of the old frame

DELIVERY TIME
It will take up to 14 working days for the order to reach you. You may track the status in your order after the parcel has been dispatched. Should there be any changes to the delivery time, you will be informed.

PAYMENT
The mode of payment for online purchases is strictly online. The product will be sent out only after full payment has been received. No cancellation would be allowed after payment.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Your order is considered delivered once we receive the authorized couriers' delivery acknowledgement of receipt.
